March 16 St. Julian of Antioch

And the Lord said to me, Know, My daughter, that your silent day-to-day martyrdom in complete submission to My will ushers many souls into heaven. And when it seems to you that your suffering exceeds your strength, contemplate My wounds, and you will rise above human scorn and judgment. Meditation on My Passion will help you rise above all things.

-St. Faustina Kowalska

Prayer before a Crucifix

Look down on me, good and gentle Jesus, while before Your face I humbly kneel, and with burning soul I pray and beseech You to fix deep in my heart lively sentiments of faith, hope and charity, true contrition for my sins, and a firm purpose of amendment, while I contemplate with great love and tender pity Your five wounds, pondering over them with me, calling to mind the words that David, Your prophet, said of You, my good Jesus: “They have pierced My hands and My feet; they have numbered all My bones.”

Amen.

Say Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be for the Catholic Church and the intentions of the Holy Father.
